11. CONSULTATION ON INVITING ALL THE ALLIES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DELIBERATION FORUM

Interpretation of the 17 appraisals and 9 comments.

Most were in favor of inviting the rest of the Allies to participate in the appraisals of the "delibera" forum.

Some voices considered this to be fundamental but there was also one who stressed the need to invite the rest of the facilitators of the workgroups who were not already subscribed to the EIFE e-forum and to delegate the facilitators to select the participants, so that only those who have participated actively should give their present opinion. It was also suggested that the results provided by an appraisal open to all the Allies should be compared to the results provided by those subscribed to the EIFE e-forum.
