Some elements for a Communication System for the Alliance

Contribution of Gustavo Marin to the development of a communication strategy, in answer to the call thrown by the Group widened on the Communication. This note is inspired by the reflections of the preparatory document in Bertioga (coordinated by F. Fourmental, 1997), of the reflections of the Group widened Communication, of internal meetings in the FPH, and of the experience of the AVE program concerning tools of communication.

He/it approaches the following aspects:

- the producers of information identified are the set of the allies and their regroupings (yards, colleges, géoculturels). The objective is to facilitate and to fluidify their exchanges;
- the tools, on paper and by internet, have been developed since 1994. The document lists them and makes a fast balance of it;
- an integrated system could answer the needs of the alliance: integrated between the different tools (and supports) and between the 3 ways of the alliance
- a decentralized system: it is about decentralizing some tools and the general production of information so that the consumers are also the producers
