The proposed Constituent Charter reflects the ethical principles, history and spirit of the Alliance and the Charter of Human Responsability. Si. El intercambio de experiencias, la formacion de vinculos, el aprendizage y la superacion constantes, son principios por la Asociacion Espanola de Fundaciones. En ausencia de una autoridad central, con capacidad de sancion en caso de infracciones a las normas, me parece muy importante que en la seleccion de los nuevos miembros se verique, (por medio de la trayectoria de la institucion, trabajos previos, ...), su sintonia con estos (...)

Sur le plan général, j’adhère à cette proposition. Toutefois, je pense qu’il faudrait institutionaliser l’Alliance afin qu’elle ait une voix ne serait-ce que consultative dans les grandes décisions qui sont prises pour gérer le monde.

Oui. Néanmoins "concevoir et impulser" devraient être complètés par "mettre en oeuvre" ou "mener à bien" si l’on veut que les changements soient effectifs et que l’on ne reste pas à l’état d’éternels projets.
