Letter to the Allies

Mid-April, the FPH undertook a broad-based consultation of all the Allies and of its partners, friends, and contacts whom they felt might be interested in the Alliance and its evolution. The letter that was sent and is also available in PDF format below includes a questionnaire, which you are invited to fill out. Your answers will fully be restored on this Web site, with or without your name attached to them, according to what you will have indicated.
