"Breakthroughs" are proposals for strategies and action that constitute a major breakthrough in a specific domain or sphere. They are extracted form the Proposal Papers written by the Thematic Workshops and Socioporfessional Networks of the Alliance in 2001. As the Charter for a Responsible, Plural and United World, the breakthroughs will be one of the central elements of debate of the World Citizens Assembly, in Lille (France) in December 2001.

Compilation of all the "breakthroughs" taken from the Proposal Papers drafted for the 2001 World Citizens Assembly (Lille, France).
