Yes. Form: it is important for Allies to meet physically. Maybe local, regional and international meetings of Allies could be organized at national, regional end international forum-events ? Content : I consider the formulation of global ethiucal principles very needed in the new context of irreversible interdependence.

It is a good framework/shell. We need to fill it with contents that is to formulate our shared values and our common history. These two elements are - in my view - too abstract and vague in the Charter.

I am happy to see "translating into practice the proposals produced by the Alliance" as a point in the calendar, and also the creation of the common ethical platform (point 2).
