He studied Development in Paris, concerning the economic aspects of poverty in the North as well as in the South, and their historic, political and anthropological facets. He studied the transformation of the socioeconomic logics in action in the informal economy in Tunisia. He did some practicum as agent for a micro finance program in the poor districts of Tunis (Tunisia). He did at the same time a study of socioeconomic impact of this program.
