The people’s basic needs will be guaranteed before creditors are paid. Yesterday, five years after the Southern countries block demanded time for countries to handle their foreign debt, with the ability to cease payments before creating crisis situations, the International Court
of Arbitration was created, to assess each country’s debt and consider the convenience of repayment.
