Each people and each culture represent a unique and irreplaceable contribution to our universal heritage. To illustrate these contributions, many participants presented to the Assembly an object from their country reflecting an achievement, a know-how, an idea. During the Assembly in Lille, these works were gathered and displayed at an exhibition. Most of them were offered to the Nord-Pas-de-Calais Region for a permanent exhibition during the first months of the year 2002 and will be offered as a gift to the institutions that hosted the Assembly.
