Classic categories no longer can explain contemporary world's conflicts and contradictions. Falling of the Berlin wall, failure of the real socialism, AIDS and neonazism, ethnic intolerance based on ethnic cleansing, threat of non-governing, social exclusion, signs of barbarism at global level. Meanwhile, the globalization threats to universalize dominant cultural values, justifying all those wounds. Anyway, each culture has its history; and its wealth is based on its singularity. And into its diversity we can find the solutions for the mankind's great challenges. In that context, the art comes as a common language: an element which makes possible for all of us living the cultural diversity and knowing and recognizing ourselves in a creative process. Therefore, the art should leave the " institutional temples " of cultural production and conquer accessible environments to the citizens: squares, streets, overpasses, subway stations, all these places could be centers of creativity for spreading art and culture. Artists should be mixed up to life reality and enlarge the uses of culture and art. Only this way, we could accomplish our role in the world re-enchantment.
