Je me retrouve dans l’esprit de la Charte qui correspond à la démarche que nous avons initiée au sein du Human Rights Films Network qui regroupe plus de vingt festivals de films des droits de l’Homme dansle monde. En revanche, je ne suis pas sûr de voir véritablement en quoi elle constitue une étape nouvelle dans l’évolution de l’Alliance.
