You will find enclosed a proposal of agenda for Barcelone Meeting. It is a synthesis of all the suggestions and proposals. Those who wants to change it are of course free to do so, but the best is that they make their on proposal directly.
Maybe we could try to keep with a final agenda next week. In attached mail is the proposal of agenda, and below is a detailed explanation of the proposal.

DAY 1: similar proposals from all of you.
DAY 2 : Nadia suggests to include the communication tools in the discussion on the 2001 event. In my opinion, the communication tools in the Alliance and the ones for the 2001 event are different topics, although they may be very close and sometimes similar. Dieudonné suggests to spend the afternoon on the Earth Charter again. I would suggest to keep the afternoon on the communication tools of the Alliance and then, the day after, of the event and within the event debate include the discussion on communication for the event preparation. Concerning Dieudonne proposal, I am not sure it is the right place and time to discuss for such a long time on the 'key' texts.
DAY 3 : I think that we won't have time enough to discuss about all the points on the 2001 event. We would need more than a whole day on that question. Nadia proposes the whole day 4. I would suggest half day only, but maybe take 2 hours in the afternnon of the day 3 before the visit and have a visit in the end of the afternoon and at night (from 5 to 10 PMor so).
DAY 4 and 5 : Ricardo suggests to talk about the orientation team in the morning and make a synthesis and talk about the unraised questions in the afternoon. He would spend the whole 5th day on the "planning for the future". Nadia suggests to discuss on the event 2001 during the whole day and talk about the orientation team the next morning. She proposes to spend only half day on the "planning for the future".
I would suggest to spend only half day on the "planning for the future" and to follow the discussion on the 2001 event instead.
The day 5 would be on the Planning for the future in the morning and a synthesis in the afternoon. And these topics could perfectly be a continuation of the debate on the event 2001 if it needed to be prolonged.
METHODOLOGY : Edith proposes to divide the group into two smaller groups and each would deal with a different aspect during the day (morning : where the Alliance is on a topic, afternoon : actions to put into practice) and a synthesis would be presented in the evening to each other group.
My suggestion : although the idea seems very good, I have two doubts : do we really want to work that much? Shouldn't we keep the evenings for informal discussions rather ? And furthermore, I think that the topics we want to work on concern directly all the team, and it would be a pity not to work all of us on them. But Edith is right : we are a lot of people, so we must find a way to work efficiently. Therefore, I suggest to be very precise on the agenda and on the animation of each meeting otherwise we won't make it. Also I propose we could start the meeting altogether, and, if it really does not work, we could then decide to split into two groups. This modification should not take too much time if it is a necessity.
ACTIONS : Edith underlines how important it is to her to make an inventory of all the reflexions and poposals of all the different groups of the Alliance (local groups, colleges, geographical groups etc.), as well as a transversal analysis. In other words, a kind of "MEMORY text of the Alliance at the service of the PROPOSALS FOR THE FUTURE of the people of the Earth". It would be very useful for the presentation of the Alliance to others. Indeed it would be very useful. I suggest that Gustavo makes a breaf balance of the elements he has for making such a document and makes a proposal on the project (Edith proposes Pierre Calame and an "action committee to help him do it...).
