C'etait long de lire tout ce qui s'est passe sur le forum... tres interessant.
En fait pour les dates, ce qui me semblait le plus logique c'est que ceux
qui ont commence le processus de vote pour l'EIA (Kerry Ann, Ricardo, Marti
et Mon) auraient du fixer une date et un lieu pour qu'on aille plus vite et
que l'on se concentre sur d'autres choses, a mon avis, plus importantes.
Je pense aussi que cette equipe devra se reunir assez rapidement pour
commencer concretement un travail de fond sur differents plans dans
l'organisation, l'evolution des chantiers et groupes de travail de
l'Alliance et sur les evenements a venir.
Mais bon, c'est fait, je pense que le tableau qui dressera les dates des
uns et des autres nous permettra vite de nous en sortir.
En ce qui me concerne, fin juillet me convient et debut septembre aussi.
Bien que je pense que la reunion devrait se tenir plutot a la fin juillet.
Une periode de plus d'un mois et demi est largement suffisante pour pouvoir
travailler a distance et proposer un programme.
Je reviendrais plus tard sur les questions fondamentales qui devraient etre
traitees par l'EIA.
Je suis sure qu'on va faire des choses tres interessantes tous ensembles.
Amities et bravo pour toute la motivation qui regne dans ce groupe.

Hello everybody,
It was quite long to read all the messages on this list, very interesting.
In fact for When and Where, what was obvious for me is that the initial
team who run the vote process for the AIT(Kerry Ann, Ricardo, Marti and
Mon) should have fixed the dates and the place for the first meeting so
that we can go ahead and focus on what is really essential to work on.
I think also that the team should meet very soon and start concretly the
work on the organisation and the progress of the different workshops of the
Alliance and the global events.
So, it's done now, so the When and Where synthesis which will come soon
will help us to go ahead.
For me, the end of july or beginning of september are okay for me, despite
that I think that the end of july is the best, and more that one month and
half will be largely enough to prepare the schedule.
I'll come again very soon on the important questions on which we have to
work on within this international team.
I'm sure that we'll do very interesting things all together.
All the best and BRAVO for all the motivation which is coming out from the
group.
