I had some problems with my email in the past

Concerning when and where: There is an important meeting which has
significance for the Alliance (organised by a Japanese Ally) between
30thJuly-1st August. I'll have to be there.
So, among the options available, early September would suit me best.
Concerning the costs of the meeting perhaps the travel part may work out
cheaper if the meeting takes place in France as there are several team
members based in Paris or in close proximity to Paris. The food and
lodging
costs will be cheaper in Bangalore.
Having said that I will still be happy to help organise the meeting in
Bangalore if the team so wishes. Being an Indian, I can't help feeling
that
there is an enabling magic about the place !

importante (organisee par des allies au Japon) a laquelle il doit
assister entre le 30 juillet et le 1 aout, le debut septembre serait le
meilleur moment pour lui.
En ce qui concerne le cout de la rencontre, il souligne que ce serait
probablement moins cher pour le transport en France, mais que la
nourriture et le logement seraient moins chers a Bangalore.
Il dit qu'il serait heureux d'organiser la rencontre a Bangalore si
c'est ce que l'equipe souhaite. (Etant Indien lui-meme, il trouve qu'il
