Pour moi, le travail n'est pas le seul, il l'est sans
doute le moins d'ailleurs, qui produit de l'organisation
sociale. Mon engagement syndical, dans les comites
d'entreprises, les associations de quartier, etc. ont ete
les vrais moteurs de mes liens sociaux, ceux que je me
suis choisis.
S ils sont moins " existants " aujourd'hui, je pense qu
il faut chercher les raisons dans notre negligence, notre
abandon, etc.
Les alternatives modeles d'organisation du travail :
flexibilite, temps partage, autogestion, etc. ne sont
reelles que si elles sont creees par nous, demandees par
nous avec volonte et engagement personnel et si nous [les
validons], pour cela il est necessaire de trouver
cohesion de nos demandes de conditions de vie.
La structuration des entreprises me laisse toujours un
peu triste. Nos grands-parents, nos parents, ont subi des
conditions de travail . Nous aurions du comprendre qu'il
fallait nous organiser face au changement qui allait, de
toute evidence se perpetuer. Leur travail a permis de
construire le "marche" d'aujourd hui . Nous n'avons voulu
voir que les conforts apportes, et nous avons pense que
les sciences allaient nous dispenser de renouveler en
permanence les "energies humaines".
Le travail est devenu l'emergence d'un Lumpenproletariat
d une societe dans la societe. Promouvoir le volet social
du developpement qui tire les lecons du passe et du
present permettrait de penser une societe dont chaque
citoyen serait respecte dans son identite et sa culture.

For me, work is not the only, it is probably the least,
which produces the social organization. My commitment to
the union, in the committees of business, the
neighborhood organizations, etc. were the true motors of
my social links, those that I chose myself.
If there "exist" less today, I think that it is necessary
to look for the reasons in our carelessness, our
abandonment, etc.
The alternatives model of organization of work:
flexibility, time shares, self-management, etc. are only
real if they are created by us, asked by us with
determination and personal commitment and if we [validate
them], for this it is necessary to find cohesion in our
demands for life conditions.
The structuring of the business always lets me a bit sad.
Our grandparents, our parents, underwent some working
conditions. We should have understood that it was
necessary to be organized to face the change that
obviously had to perpetuate itself. Their work enabled to
build the "market" of today. We didn't want to see that
the comforts brought, and we have thought that the
sciences were going to dispense us to renew forever
the "human energies."
Work became the emergence of a Lumpenproletariat of a
society in the society. To promote the social part of the
development that draws the lessons of the past and the
present would enable to imagine a society in which every
citizen would be respected in their identity and their
culture.
