Je suis tout a fait d'accord avec les quatre themes distingues par Hans
pour notre debat sur le travail et l'organisation sociale.
En ce qui concerne le premier theme, j'ai ecrit un texte de position qui se
trouve sur le site Web de notre forum :

Les mecanismes complementaires du travail sont d'ores et deja importants et
nombreux en Europe et font partie du dossier tres complexe dit de l'Europe
sociale. L'harmonisation de ces dispositifs est tres difficile et peut-etre
pas souhaitable, tant ceux-ci sont lies aux particularismes nationaux.
Pourtant des ameliorations sont a apporter. Le debat risque de devenir
assez technique.
Pour le revenu minimum garanti a tous, je ne suis pas convaincu. Je m'en
suis explique longuement dans le chapitre 15 de mon livre "Les paradoxes de
l'economie" (edition Bayard, Paris, 1995) ainsi que dans le texte mentionne
plus haut. Mais je suis evidemment ouvert a toute objection a cette position.
Pour les experiences alternatives pour sortir du chomage, mon association
Economie et Humanisme est tres mobilisee et sa revue du meme nom en a
beaucoup traite depuis 10 ans.
Le quatrieme point fait l'objet d'un travail commun en liaison avec le
Cercle Condorcet et le mouvement des Jeunes dirigeants d'entreprise (CJD).
La question est d'actualite avec le statut de l'entreprise europeenne qui
vient de faire l'objet d'un accord en Europe, apres 30 ans de discussions.
Il y a de quoi debattre !

I am in complete agreement with the four topics distinguished by Hans for
our discussion on work and the social organization.
With regard to the first topic, I wrote a text of stand that is on the Web
site of our forum:

The complementary mechanisms of work are already important and numerous in
Europe and are part of the very complex file so called the social Europe.
The harmonization of these systems is very difficult and perhaps not
desirable, so much these are link to the national particularisms. Yet some
improvements have to be brought. The discussion might become quite technical.
For the minimum guaranteed income to all, I am not convinced. I strongly
explained myself in the chapter 15 of my book "The paradoxes of the
economy" (Bayard edition, Paris, 1995) as well as in the text mentioned
above. But I am obviously open to all objection to this position.
For the alternative experiences to get out of unemployment, my organization
Economy and Humanism is very mobilized and its magazine of the same name
has dealt with the subject since 10 years.
The fourth point is the subject of a common work in link with the Circle
Condorcet and the movement of the Young leaders of business (CJD). The
question is still relevant today with the status of the European business
that has just been the subject of an agreement in Europe, after 30 years of
discussions.
There is of what to discuss!
