Je suis enseignant-chercheur a l'Universite agricole de Tirana, departement
"Economie et politiques agricoles" et en meme temps, je suis le directeur
d'une ONG nationale, le "Centre d'Etudes Rurales et de developpement integre".
De formation, je suis economiste agraire, specialise dans la problematique
de la transition rurale des pays ex-socialistes "du plan vers le marche
libre".
Le Centre d'Etudes Rurales se concentre surtout sur la problematique du
developpement rural et local en Albanie et sur la diffusion des acquis
europeens concernant le monde rural en Albanie.
Nous sommes en contact permanent avec nos collegues europeens, tels que la
Fondation pour le Progres de l'Homme, Solagral, le Comite Francais pour la
Solidarite Internationale (CFSI), le Groupe de Recherche et d'Echanges
Technologiques (GRET) en France, le Reseau Echanges Developpement Durable
(REDD)en Suisse, le Centro de Estudios Rurales y Agricultura Internacional
(CERAI) en Espagne, etc.
Nous sommes tres interesses d'avoir des contacts avec tous les participants
de ce forum.

I am teacher-researcher in the agricultural university of Tirana,
department "Economy and agricultural policies" and in same time, I am the
director of a national NGO, the "Center of Rural studies and integrated
development".
Of training, I am agrarian economist, specialize in the issue of the rural
transition of the ex-socialists countries "from Plan toward free the market."
The Center of Rural studies especially concentrates on the issue of the
rural and local development in Albania and on the circulation of the
European knowledge concerning the rural world in Albania.
We are in permanent contact with our European colleagues, such as the
Foundation for the Progress of Humankind, Solagral, the French Committee
for the International Solidarity (CFSI), the Group of Research and
Technological exchanges (GRET) in France, the Network Exchanges Sustainable
development (REDD) in Switzerland, the Center of Rural Studies in
International Agriculture (CERAI) in Spain, etc.
We are very interested to have contacts with all participants of this forum.
