Ingenieur agronome avec une post-formation en ingenierie de
l'environnement, je suis entree a l'Office federal de l'agriculture
(correspond au ministere de l'Agriculture) fin 1991 ou je participe
activement a la reforme de la politique agricole suisse, en particulier
pour les aspects environnementaux : Introduction des contributions pour des
prestations ecologiques, y compris determination des prestations
environnementales, eco-conditionnalite pour le versement de tous les
paiements directs a l'agriculture, programmes de conservation des
ressources phytogenetiques pour l'agriculture et l'alimentation, programmes
de regionalisation agro-environnementale (eaux, biodiversite).
Au niveau international, je contribue, entre autres, aux travaux dans le
secteur agro-environnemental de l'Organisation de Cooperation et de
developpement Economique (OCDE), de la Food and Agriculture Organisation
(FAO), de la Convention sur la diversite biologique. L'evaluation du volet
environnemental de la politique agricole suisse est actuellement au centre
de mes activites tant au niveau national qu'international.

Engineer agronomist with a post-training in engineering of the environment,
I entered to the federal office of agriculture (equivalent to the ministry
of agriculture) at the of 1991 where I actively participate on the reform
of the Swiss agricultural policy, in particular for the environmental
aspects: Introduction of the contributions for ecological benefits,
including determination of the environmental benefits, eco-conditionality
for the remittance of all direct payments to agriculture, programs of
conservation of the resources phyto-genetics for agriculture and the food,
programs of agro-environmental regionalization (waters, biodiversity).
At the international level, I contribute, among others, to works in the
agro-environmental sector of the organization of Cooperation and Economic
development (OECD), of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), of the
Convention on the organic diversity. The assessment of the environmental
part of the Swiss agricultural policy is currently at the center of my
activities as much at the national than the international level.
