Ingenieur, ancien responsable en France au ministere de l'Equipement,
notamment specialise dans l'urbanisme, l'amenagement du territoire, et les
relations internationales.
Convaincu par cette experience de plus de 20 ans dans la fonction publique
de l'enjeu majeur du renouvellement de la gouvernance a differents niveaux,
j'ai notamment ecrit avec mon collegue Andre Talmant, le livre "l'Etat au
Coeur" (editions Desclee de Brouwer, Paris, 1997) entierement consacre a ce
sujet.
Convaincu egalement de l'importance des mutations que devront conduire les
societes humaines dans les 50 prochaines annees, de la longueur et de la
difficulte de ces mutations donc de l'urgence a s'y consacrer, je suis
implique depuis 1986 dans les reflexions qui ont donne naissance a
l'Alliance pour un monde responsable, pluriel et solidaire et, dans ce
cadre, plus particulierement implique dans les chantiers relatifs a la
gouvernance.

development, and the international relations.
Convinced by this experience of more than 20 years in the public function
of the major challenge of the renewal of the governance at different
levels, I wrote among others with my colleague Andre Talmant, the book
"l'Etat au Coeur" ("the state to the Heart" editions Desclee of Brouwer,
Paris, 1997) dedicates entirely to this subject.
Convinced of the importance of the mutations that the human societies
should conduct in the next 50 years, the length and the difficulty of these
mutations, therefore of the emergency to work on it, I am involved since
1986 in the thinkings that have given birth to the Alliance for a
Responsible, Plural and United World. In this framework, I am more
particularly involved in the Workshops related to the governance.
