Age de 33 ans, je m'interesse depuis plusieurs annees au processus de
participation citoyenne.
Je suis diplome de l'Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Lyon et d'un 3eme
cycle de Communication Politique et Sociale de l'universite Sorbonne-Paris.
Depuis 1996, j'ai cree un cabinet d'etudes d'opinions qui s'axe desormais
sur la mise en place d'actions de Democratie Participative destinees aux
collectivites territoriales et aux institutions publiques.
Il s'agit de mettre en place des politiques de concertation locale a
l'ecoute des citoyens par des consultations publiques, des conseils et des
formations en communication citoyenne.
Je suis membre du Reseau d'initiatives de democratie directe en Europe (NDDIE).
Par ailleurs, je m'interesse particulierement a tout ce qui concerne les
systemes de petitions aux Etats-Unis d'Amerique et en Europe.

citizens participation.
I am graduate of the institute of Political studies of Lyons and
post-graduate of Political and Social Communication of the university
Sorbonne-Paris.
Since 1996, I created a firm of study of opinions that focus now on the
setting up of actions of Participatory Democracy intended to the
territorial communities and the public institutions.
It is about of set up of the local dialogue policies to the attention of
the citizens by public consultations, the advice and trainings on citizens
communication.
I am member of the Network of direct democracy initiatives in Europe (NDDIE).
Otherwise, I am especially interested to all that concerns the systems of
petitions in the United States of America and in Europe.
