Je m'appelle Hamabartsoum Abrahamian. J'ai 31 ans. Je suis marie et j'ai un
enfant. Je suis de nationalite armenienne. Je travaille au Departement des
Migrations et des Refugies aupres du Gouvernement de la Republique
d'Armenie comme specialiste en chef. Je suis heureux de participer a ce

Actuellement, le developpement rural est necessaire pour l'Europe entiere.
Il est certain que ces debats seront utiles pour chacun de nous.
J'ai habite dans un village et je suis sur que je le connais [le monde
rural] de plus pres. Je pratique l'agriculture.
Moi, je m'interesse plus particulierement au mecanisme visant a favoriser
l'emploi en milieu rural. Je suis personnellement interesse par les
mouvements des populations rurales et je tache d'en clarifier [les
raisons]. Finalement, il est important d'elaborer une vraie politique de
developpement rural et d'elevation des techniques d'harmonisation entre
developpement rural et urbain en Europe.
[ En] tenant compte que l'Armenie vient de passer du systeme sovietique au
systeme democratique, il est important d'adopter la politique de
developpement rural [avec] les objectifs suivants :
consolidation de la democratie en milieu rural ; leadership rural et
autogestion ; la pauvrete ; non satisfaction de [la demande en]
information, etc.

Currently, the rural development is necessary for the whole Europe. It is
certain that these discussions will be useful for each of us.
I have lived in a village and I am sure that I know it [the rural world]
closely. I exercise agriculture.
Myself, I am interested more especially in the mechanism aiming to
encourage the employment in rural world. I am interested personally by the
movements of the rural populations and I try to clarify some [the reasons].
Finally, it is important to draw up a true rural development policy and of
elevation of the harmonization techniques between rural and urban
development in Europe.
Taking into account that Armenia has just gone from the soviet system to
the democratic system, it is important to adopt the rural development
policy [with] the following objectives:
Consolidation of the democracy in rural world; rural leadership and
self-management; poverty; non satisfaction of [the demand of it]
information, etc.
