Je developpe depuis 5 ans une expertise en animation de reseaux ouverts,
apres 10 ans de communication en entreprise de teleservices et 22 ans
d'action associative (je vous rassure, les deux se superposent).
Je souhaite participer au theme Gouvernance, etant amene a construire
aujourd'hui ce que j'appelle de nouvelles "interfaces democratiques",
notamment des forums physiques et electroniques prenant en compte
differentes formes de mediations.
Vous comprendrez donc que le volet participatif de la Gouvernance
democratique m'interesse plus particulierement, a savoir quelles
articulations elaborer entre acteurs pour favoriser les comprehensions et
les cooperations.
