Bonjour,
Je m'appelle Jean Clement, je suis un homme age de 65 ans, francais,
retraite et vivant a Lyon (France).
Formation de base de technicien, autodidacte de l'entreprise, toute mon
activite professionnelle a ete centree sur l'organisation du travail et le
management, en entreprises industrielles d'abord pendant 8 annees et depuis
1963 dans un cabinet de consultants en management a la creation duquel j'ai
contribue et dont j'ai ete successivement directeur puis President
Directeur General.
Ce cabinet emploie encore plus de 200 collaborateurs.
J'ai notamment fait evoluer cette structure de type "capitalisme
patrimonial" classique vers une societe dont le capital est majoritairement
controle par ses salaries.
Actuellement, je participe aux activites de l'association "Economie et
Humanisme" au nom de laquelle je participe a l'ALLIANCE. Je contribue aux
travaux de cette association sur le theme de l'entreprise, de l'evolution
du management et de l'organisation pour plus de democratie et de
participation des salaries aux decisions.

participation of employees in the decisions.
