Je m'appelle Philippe DROUILLON. J'ai 34 ans. Je suis ne en Allemagne et
vit actuellement en Belgique.
Professionnellement, je suis chercheur scientifique dans une multinationale
belge. Je coordonne egalement un projet d'echange de savoirs au niveau
europeen au sein de cette compagnie. Ce projet vise donc une population d'a
peu pres 10 000 employes.
Je suis egalement implique dans le developpement du concept d'entreprise
citoyenne et socialement responsable et dans l'audit organisationnel qu'il
soit classique (modeles EFQM ou Baldridge) ou a dimension sociale (audit du
type SA8000 ou bilan societal), qu'il soit externe ou d'auto-evaluation.
Extra-professionnellement, je suis membre actif des conseils
d'administration de deux ONG, le Centre National de Cooperation au
Developpement (solidarite Nord-Sud, refugies, migrations, accueil, etc.) et
les Magasins du Monde Oxfam (commerce equitable et economie solidaire).
Sur le terrain, je m'attache a mettre sur pied des actions de
sensibilisation a differentes thematiques telles que : le developpement
durable, les relations Nord-Sud, l'economie plurielle et solidaire, le
capital-risque solidaire, le commerce equitable, les effets de la
mondialisation (sociaux, environnementaux, economiques, culturels, etc.)
Le fait de partager mes activites entre le domaine industriel et des
activites solidaires m'amene egalement a participer a des debats sur la
centralite du travail et l'organisation sociale en general.
Enfin, dans quelque activite que ce soit, j'ai a coeur d'appliquer des
methodes participatives connues et reconnues.

I am called Philippe DROUILLON. I am 34 years old. I am born in Germany and
live currently in Belgium.
Professionally, I am scientific researcher in a Belgian multinational. I
also coordinate at the European level a project of exchange of knowledge
within this company. This project aims a population therefore of more or
less 10 000 employees.
I am also involved in the development of the concept of a citizens' and
socially responsible business and in the organizational audit, whether
classic (EFQM models or Baldridges) or with a social dimension (audit of
the SA8000 type or societal assessment), be it external or of
self-evaluation.
Extra professionally, I am active member of two NGO boards, the National
Center of Development cooperation (North-South solidarity, refugees,
migrations, reception, etc.) and the Stores of the World Oxfam (fair trade
and economy of solidarity).
On the field, I try to set up actions of awareness raising on different
topics such as: sustainable development, the North-South relations, the
plural and socially responsible economy, the socially responsible venture
capital, the fair trade, the effects of the globalization (social,
environmental, economic, cultural, etc.)
The fact to share my activities between the industrial field and the
socially responsible activities also brought me to participate in general
in discussions on the central nature of work and the social organization.
Finally, in any activity, I have at heart to apply known and recognized
participatory methods.
