Je suis un peu victime de mes propositions pour lancer le theme
"entreprendre".
Je suggerais de lister quelques initiatives connues avant de preparer une
fiche. En realite, le temps manque pour realiser ces fiches.
Pour ma part je pense a differents projets menes par des partenaires
africains que je connais dans le cadre de mon engagement notamment dans
l'association de solidarite internationale Freres des Hommes. Je pense ainsi
a l'extraordinaire tissu associatif qui s'est developpe a Rufisque, ville de
la banlieue de Dakar. Je pense aussi a d'autres projets en France, a des
experiences innovantes de solidarite de bassin versant en Bretagne (ou le
territoire prend un enjeu particulierement fort du fait des des consequences
des pollutions agricoles pour les activites aval et la qualite des eaux de
consommation), je pense aussi a l'experience deja ancienne de budget
participatif de la ville de la Roche sur Yon en Vendee, experience peu
analysee et peu conceptualisee par les initiateurs a ma connaissance.
Mais tout ceci necessite un gros travail de collecte d'information qui
n'est pas en rapport avec le temps dont je dispose. Et je pense que nous
sommes tous pris par le temps. Par contre, je suis interesse a travailler
sur des evaluations recentes faites sur des experiences deja anciennes
relatees dans le DF 107. Avez-vous connaissance de tels cas ?

I'm a little bit a victim of my own proposals on how to start with the topic
"undertaking". I suggest that we make a list of several well known
initiatives before we make an experience file. In reality, there is no time
to make all these files.
I myself, I think of different projects developed by african partners
that I know through my proper activities within the NGO "Freres des Hommes".
More precisely, I think of an extraordinary NGO milieu in Rufisque, a city
in the suburbs of Dakar. I also think of some other projects in France, of
innovating experiences of solidarity in a pond in Brittany (where territory
has a very strong influence due to the consequences of agricultural pollution
on frontal activities and its influence on water quality), as well as of
an already old experience of participating budget of the city of Roche sur
Yon in Vandee, experience that was, to my knowledge, very little analized and
conceptualized. For all this we need a lot of time to collect the
infortmation, the time that I do not have. And I think we are all very busy.
On the other hand I would like to work on the recent evaluation of the
experiences that already exist in DF 107. Do you know such cases?

Soy victima de mis proprias proposiciones para lanzar el tema

Yo por mi parte pienso en diferentes proyectos desarrollados por los
companeros africanos que yo conozco a traves de mis compromisos con la ONG
internacional "Frerres des Hommes. Sobre todo pienso en la red asociativa
extraordinaria que se esta desarrollando en Rufisque, la ciudad del
suburbio de Dakar. Tambien pienso en unos otros proyectos en Francia, en
las experiencias innovanteses de solidaridad de la cubeta cubierta en
Bretana (donde el territorio tiene una estaca particularmente fuerte, el
hecho de las consecuencias de polucion agricola hacia las actividades y la
calidad de la agua), tambien pienso en la antigua experiencia del
presupuesto participativo de la ciudad del Rock en Yon en Vendee, en mi
conocimiento es una experiencia quenes muy poco analizada y conceptuada por
sus iniciadore. Pero todo esto requirio un duro trabajo de coleccion de
informacion que no coresponde al tiempo que yo teng. Pienso que todos
estamos muy ocupados. Por otro lado, me interesa trabajar sobre las
recientes valuaciones hechas sobre las experiencias ya antiguas que
aparecene en el el DF 107. ¿Tiene usted el conocimiento de tales casos?
