Je travaille au ministere de l'equipement notamment sur la loi solidarite et
renouvellement urbain et ses volets planification, coherence territoriale.
Au titre du reseau scientifique et technique du ministere, je m'engage avec
d'autres dans une reflexion sur les dispositions operationnelles a
construire pour integrer ce nouveau defi de
coherence et surtout rebondir sur les projets de territoires inscrits dans
la loi.
Par ailleurs, je milite dans des associations de solidarite internationale
et j'ai construit avec d'autres une structure associative, la Maison des
Citoyens du Monde de Nantes. Les associations adherentes s'interrogent sur
le developpement local, le renouvellement des modes d'engagement des
citoyens dans leurs societes et les echanges d'experiences entre societes du
nord et du sud.

I work on solidarity law and urban renewal in relation to planning and
territorial consistency, in the Ministry of Equipment. Within a scientific
and technical network of the Ministry, we are in a thinking process based
on operational dispositions that we should create to bring about
integration of territorial consistency and its rebound with spatial plans
already defined by the law.
I am also involved with different NGOs. In Nantes we have created the House
of the Citizens of the World association. The associations involved work on
local development, renewal of the modalities of engagement of the citizens
in their societies and exchange of experiences between societies of the
North and the South.

Yo trabajo sobre la ley de solidaridad y la renovación urbana fijando a la
planificacion y la consistencia territorial en el Ministerio de
Infrastructura. En la red científica y técnica del Ministerio estamos en
una reflexión sobre arreglos operacionales que se deben construir para
integrar este nuevo desafío: la consistencia, y sobre todo para rebotarla
en los proyectos de territorios definidos por la ley.
Por otra parte, milito en las asociaciones de solidaridad internacional
(ONGs) y asi en Nantes construimos la associacion Casa de los ciudadanos
del Mundo. Las asociaciones participantes trabajan sobre el desarrollo
local, la renovación de los modos de compromiso de ciudadanos en sus
sociedades y los intercambios de experiencias entre las sociedades del
Norte y del Sur.
