Face a l'aggravation des problemes environnementaux dans le monde et a l'echec

protection de l'environnement et les reseaux existants faire preuve de
solidarite. Une conscience a la fois locale et globale des problemes de
relations homme / nature renforceront l'esprit critique et la notion de
citoyennete mondiale. En proposant une approche globale et critique du systeme
educatif, elle permet ainsi une ouverture du systeme educatif sur
l'environnement. Pour cela, les NTIC sont aussi essentielles.

* Réactions au cahier de propositions *
1. Je voudrais d'emblee feliciter Madame Yolanda Ziaka pour la qualite du
document produit, des problemes poses et des propositions pour la promotion et
le developpement planétaire de l'Education à l'Environnement.
2. Concernant les objectifs du forum, le constat suivant s'impose :
- Le 20ème siecle, avec le developpement des sciences et des techniques,
l'industrialisation et la philosophie productiviste qui en ont resulte, peut
etre considere comme le siecle de la destruction de l'environnement et de
l'aggravation de ses problemes dans les pays industrialises tandis que dans
les
pays sous-developpes, c'est l'echec du developpement qui est source des
problemes environnementaux a travers une exploitation miniere des ressources
naturelles renouvelables.
- Le 21eme siecle doit etre le siecle de la protection planetaire de
l'environnement et pour qu'il en soit ainsi l'education environnementale doit
etre le fondement du systeme educatif mondial.
- Suite aux echecs des procedures appliquees jusque la, a savoir des decennies
organisees sans succes par les demembrements de l'ONU, PNUD, UNESCO, OMS, FAO
respectivement pour le developpement, l'education, la sante et la faim.
Comment
y arriver concretement, d'autant plus que malgre toutes les declarations et
depuis RIO, la situation ne semble guere s'ameliorer ? L'Alliance doit y
reflechir, meme si la situation parait favorable avec la societe civile qui
s'organise de plus en plus pour se prendre en charge. Et dans le domaine
educatif l'espoir existe avec notamment la collaboration avec les Verts qui ne
peuvent echapper a l'education environnementale. Dans tous les cas il faut que
la SOLIDARITE devienne REALITE dans et a travers les RESEAUX de chantiers, de
FORUMS et d'INSTITUTIONS DE FORMATION en EE ou ERE dynamiques.
3. En pensant a ces reseaux, je vous soumets ma contribution au forum.
- EE = conscience locale et planetaire a la fois des problemes des relations
homme / nature.
- Sur cette base : la methodologie de l'enseignement = approches locales,
nationales, continentales et planetaires.
Le passage du micro au macro renforce l'esprit critique. Conséquence :
relativisation + integration --> communaute de destin, solidarité.
La Conscience d'un destin commun donne la conscience de citoyennetes nationale
et mondiale -->Approche globale et critique du système educatif
==> Ouverture du systeme educatif sur l'environnement.
Conception d'un systeme educatif repense = interdisciplinarité, collaboration
entre les disciplines, pratique du travail en groupe.
Execution de cette conception = transdiciplinarité, collaboration, analyse
prospective des preoccupations quotidiennes.
- Connaissance du local et bonne apprehension des autres niveaux --> actions
locales + mobilisation internationale. CONCLUSION : Importance des NTIC a tous
les niveaux.

2. Concerning the objectives of the forum, I must report the following:
- The 20th century, with the development of sciences and techniques, with the
industrialization and the productivist philosophy that resulted from it,
can be
considered as the century of the destruction of the environment and the
aggravation of its problems in the industrialised countries, while in the
under-developed countries, the failure of the development is the source of the
environmental problems with a mining exploitation of the extendible natural
resources.
- The 21st century must be the century of the global protection for the
environment and for that purpose the environmental education must be the
foundation of the world education system.
- Following the failures of the procedures applied until now, that is the
decades organized respectively without success by the dismantling of the UNO,
UNDP, UNESCO, WHO, FAO respectively for the development, education, health and
hunger. How can we succeed concretely, all the more as, in spite of all the
declarations and since RIO, the situation seems to improve hardly? The
Alliance
must think about that, even if the situation seems favourable with the civil
society that is organizing itself more and more to take itself in charge. And
in the educational domain the hope exists, with notably the collaboration with
the Ecological groups, that cannot escape from the environmental education. In
any case it is necessary that SOLIDARITY becomes REALITY in and between the
NETWORKS of workshops, forums and of training institutions in EE (or ERE)
dynamics.
3. While thinking about these networks, I give you my contribution in the
forum.
- EE = local and global conscience of the problems of relations between man /
nature.
- On this basis: the methodology of teaching = local, national, continental
and
global approaches.
The switch from the micro to the macro reinforces the critical attitude.
Consequence: relativization + integration--> community of destiny,
solidarity.
