Un double constat :
1. le systeme educatif est largement en panne et sauf a le transformer
profondement, l'EE comme ses consoeurs (developpement citoyennete et sante)
resteront occasionnelles, partielles et discretes.
La ou des experiences sont menees, meme modestes, mettant en oeuvre la
pedagogie par projets portant sur des themes environnementaux, on percoit
l'importance des effets positifs sur le public (enfants, jeunes et
educateurs).
La multiplication d'actions educatives et de l'utilisation des pedagogies
actives pourrait-elle mettre en route les ecoles ? C'est le premier pari d'un
mouvement d'enseignants et d'educateurs qui se donneraient pour projet de
faire
progressivement bouger l'ecole.
2. Le deuxieme pari est de faire entrer nos ecoles en DD c'est a dire de les
transformer progressivement en ecostructures, c'est-a-dire en outils ou les
enfants et les jeunes peuvent experimenter et prouver au quotidien
l'eco-consommation, l'usage rationnel de l'eau, de l'energie et des
ressources,
le respect de l'environnement, du cadre de vie et une mobilite durable.
J'envoie egalement un fichier presentant le projet (auquel vous pourrez
acceder ulterieurement sur le site web : note de la moderatrice). Toutefois,
rien n'est fait, rien n'a demarre ! Seuls d'interessants contacts ont ete
pris,
seuls des signes nombreux d'interet venant d'enseignants. L'absence
complete de
moyens humains et financiers rend la tache lente.
