Présentation et objectifs du forum Water
Ce forum électronique représente une plate-forme pour la mise en débat de la première version du cahier de proposition intitule " Projet de propositions relatives a la question de l'eau ", rédigé par Larbi Bouguerra, animateur du chantier Eau de l'Alliance pour un monde responsable, pluriel et solidaire.
L'objectif est d'arriver à une version finale d'un texte collectif à la fin du mois de septembre 2001, afin de pouvoir l'utiliser largement, à la fois lors de l'assemblée 2001 de l'Alliance pour un monde responsable et solidaire et pour une diffusion plus large au sein de rencontres et réseaux internationaux.
Dans cette perspective, le forum permet d'échanger des avis critiques tant sur le fond que sur la forme du document, d'enrichir collectivement la liste des priorités, des stratégies pour faire aboutir nos propositions et des exemples illustratifs de succès ou d'échec dans le cadre de la mise en place d'une gestion équitable ou d'une réflexion avancée sur la problématique eau dans le monde.

Presentation and objectives of the Water forum
This e-forum represents a platform for debating on the first version of the Proposals paper titled "Outlines of proposals on water-related issues", written by Larbi Bouguerra, coordinator of the Water workshop of the Alliance for a Responsible, Plural and United World.
The objective is to have a final version of a collective text at the end of September 2001, in order to be able to use it largely, for both the Assembly 2001 of the Alliance and a larger diffusion among international meetings and networks.
In this perspective, the forum allows to exchange critical opinions in terms of both form and content, to enrich collectively the list of priorities and implementation strategies for our proposals, and lastly to enrich and multiply the illustrative examples of successes and failures with regard to projects aiming at setting up equitable management or high-level analysis of water supply issues all over the world.
