Several testimonies bring to think that formal feminine representation is not sufficient to have a shape of different governance, since, by perpetuating the authoritative patriarchal state, they can be on the initiative of no change. A real, concrete and meaningful representation of the women in the bodies of decision making is necessary if one wants to be able to break the inheritance of the system of patriarchal values.
But the access to the financial resources seems to be one of the key questions of the involvement of the women. For the women who don't have access to resources, the only chance to reach the holds of political decisions is to go in the setting framed by men. They won't be able to participate therefore their way.
Therefore, women involved in the dicsussions propose to encourage the access to the financial resources, to find some mechanisms so that women can participate in the peace processes, to lead a work of training and reflection to develop women viewpoint for a different world, to develop the practice of the horizontality, and to reinforce the capacity of women to speak in public, to identify the problems and to get ready to take encharge the national issues.
