First Meeting of the Young Committed People in the Building of a New Society

Villa Constitucion, Santa Fe, Argentina, October 21-22, 2000


The meeting was organised by CTERA, AMSAFE Villa Constitución and CTA Villa Constitución, and was supported by the Alliance for a Responsible and United World. It assembled 230 young people between 16 and 28 years old from the whole country. The objective was to put forward opportunities in order to exchange experiences, debate, reflect and participate. This led to the building of alternatives against the present economical and social model, from the view of the young people.

It was carried out in workshops according to the thematics issues identified before the meeting.
